    The Idea
Sometime ago I came with the Idea of what It would be to have WP starring in an Armageddon trailer.
Given the fact that Armageddon is one of coolest movies from the latests years and that Will Patton has a terrific acting going on in there,  I decided to see what such a clip would look like.

    The Basis
Although most of today's blockbuster trailers are presented in a linear form, that is, they show the same timeline as the movie does, I rather preferred to mix things up in order to loose perspective on Armageddon's plot and recall more on the viewer feelings as long as targeting at every posible side of Will's character 'Chick'.

    The Making Of
The process started by taking as many as possible shots from the original Armageddon and also from the Director's Cut. You'll never know what things will do and what won't so you have gather almost everything.
The soundtrack is something I found very important in nowadays movies. So I really took my time selecting those parts what I found Interesting I made a exclusive mix for the clip.
Some data from the making of process:

Number of times the computer crashed 7
Total number of cuts (unedited) used 75
Total space taken by the whole project 1.72 Gb (Gigabytes)
Space occupied by final cut uncompressed video 1.11 Gb (Gigabytes)
Number of hours invested in the making of Don't want even think of it
Compilation Time 23:39 minutes
Final Running Time 2:32 minutes
Coke cans used 13
Number of objects blended in the final cut 87
Time of never-before-seen shots 5.3 seconds
Easter Egg position go find it!
Number of times Chick appears a lot
Number of times Will appears 1
